there needs to be a greater or some sort of signage to let the customer know what to do in the service lanes. no one speaks to you or tells you someone will be with you in a minute...HORRIBLE once I found someone to speak to he was fine.
I do not recommend rivertown Toyota for any Any body the owns a Toyota have the worse customer service and they're very lazy I have the platinum package on my toyata and they did not want to fix my tire at all did not even look my Vin number up to see what I had so I took my car to Auburn Lynch Toyota that where I bought it and they have done me wonderful they fix Everything on my car Wonderful customer service have their I drive from Fort Mitchell all the way to Auburn just to get my car the maintenance done yes idea called... read more

I was so pleased with the service at Rivertown Toyota. Skylar Toole was courteous and helpful in choosing our new Toyota Camry. Rodney was also very professional and helpful. A big thank you to both Skylar and Rodney.
