What’s the point of having appointments for oil changes if your not going to be seen at your appointment times. Okay understandable if your running a little behind but 2 and a half hours behind is completely unacceptable. Because people who didnt have an appointment just showed up and they were seen before the people how made appointments. Would not recommend this place.
