The service at my most recent visit was very good. I can count on my Prius being serviced properly. And I didn’t have to wait very long.
From Tuscaloosa, AL visiting Columbus,GA and encountered a pot hole which bent and cracked my rim. Rivertown Toyota worked me in quick so I could be on my way. Great service.
Provide a vehicle while a customers vechile is being worked due to a recall. Also, my first attempt on getting my recall fixed ended up in my wife waiting 1 hour at the dealer before being told the part was not available.
Always has my car finished when promised. They keep you updated throughout the day. Always pleasant and helpful.
