Verified Renter I love living here at Riverside manor. Its been years now, it quite neighborhood and everything is close to you shopping stores,mall. I just dont like since the new company took over alot has change and the rent has gone up.

Verified Renter They are not fast to fix issues and don’t wanna replace things that need to be replaced. I was very happy when I first moved in but now I’m not very impressed.

Verified Renter I have lived here almost 2 years and I like it. The neighborhood is overall well kept. It’s a nice community. Safe and overall quiet. You may hear music or kids but that’s okay :)
