Verified Renter I enjoy living here but do have issues with the appliances here, it does take a week or longer to get things fixed so that has been really frustrating, I like my neighbors and it’s pretty peaceful just don’t like the way they run the maintenance team.

Verified Renter Everybody is friendly and love the new addition of the dog park. The maintenance team work efficiently to resolve problems and work around complicated scheduling. I have not have any issues in the 2 years I have lived here

Verified Renter I love living here at Riverside manor. Its been years now, it quite neighborhood and everything is close to you shopping stores,mall. I just dont like since the new company took over alot has change and the rent has gone up.
