Verified Renter Not bad I just wish residents would put their trash in the dumpster instead of in front of it. That is really the only thing about living here is dealing with the disgusting trash area

Verified Renter Happy living here at Riverside manor townhomes. The only reason for 4 star at the time vs 5 is waiting for window issue to be fixed almost 3 months now but being patient and have been communicated with so hopefully issue fixed soon

Verified Renter I enjoy living here but do have issues with the appliances here, it does take a week or longer to get things fixed so that has been really frustrating, I like my neighbors and it’s pretty peaceful just don’t like the way they run the maintenance team.

Verified Renter Everybody is friendly and love the new addition of the dog park. The maintenance team work efficiently to resolve problems and work around complicated scheduling. I have not have any issues in the 2 years I have lived here
