Verified Renter Overall it’s a good place to live it has its problems but they aren’t terrible, they are townhouses so you do hear a lot of noise from the neighbors.

Verified Renter Not bad I just wish residents would put their trash in the dumpster instead of in front of it. That is really the only thing about living here is dealing with the disgusting trash area

Verified Renter Happy living here at Riverside manor townhomes. The only reason for 4 star at the time vs 5 is waiting for window issue to be fixed almost 3 months now but being patient and have been communicated with so hopefully issue fixed soon
