Ilene, the assistant property manager is the most receptive and kindess property manager i've ever met in my whole time of renting through my life. The only reason I chose 4, is just because of the maintenance. Verified Renter My experience moving in has been difficult. There was a lot of miscommunication about the move in date and also I had to call on several occasions about needing repairs in my unit. The people in the office hardly ever answer your call.

Verified Renter It’s a good place to live; rent is alight, utilities are alright, close to some nice local places to eat and shop and go to church. It’s been a great place to write for me, libraries within driving distance, Walmart close enough to walk to. It’s great for walks in the fall air. I feel safe, the rooms are decently sized, and the walls aren’t terribly thin (as long as you don’t live next to somebody with hound dogs :3). Verified Renter This place is a hell hole..nothing for teenagers that live in the neighborhood to do..everyday it's a new post on what residents CANT do. I'm sick of it and the staff in the office

Verified Renter I have been living here since November 23'. I'm so glad I chose the community to live because this is a kid friendly quiet neighborhood. I love the fact that we love close to everything as well!!

Verified Renter Its a very nice neighborhood to live. Its close to everything like the mall and grocery stores. The rent has gone up a few times and i dont think theses townhomes is worth it.
