Verified Renter Townhouse in general is spacious. Some appliances and doors could use updating but they all work. Love my assigned parking in front of my townhouse, there is also plenty of parking for visitors as well. Office staff responds to questions/issues quickly. Maintenance always fixes issues within 1-3 days and they keep the neighborhood as clean as they possibly can. Verified Renter I took off stars because the playground is so dirty. I really needs a power wash. I hear the pool is not clean either. There also was a shooting a week before we moved in.
