Verified Renter Love the area, nice neighborhood, convenient close to shopping ??. Neighbors are fairly quiet. Area is clean. Townhomes are spacious, wish It had a fenced in back yard.

Verified Renter Just moved in a week ago. So far so good! Had a few minor issues with maintenance for the home but everything was addressed pretty quickly and taken care of. The real only issue so far is I have some a few dogs so far without a lease which makes me nervous but hopefully will not be a problem.

Verified Renter I am a resident of Riverside Manor Blvd. It’s an amazingly comfortable environment here. I am living here for two and a half a year and I don't want to move anywhere else.it's closer to schools, stores hospitals, and restaurants and you can commute to work and school on foot as well if don't have any transportation sources. No noise no bad neighbors and no crime here.
