Verified Renter I love it here..It's peaceful and quiet.I feel my kids can grow and have fun. The staff are incredible and very warm welcoming. Fells very wonderful to work right up the street from my home

Verified Renter I love this neighborhood for my family. It’s quiet overall and safe. Parking, visitor spots were an issue recently but improved. Maintenance fixes issues quickly most of the time and they are nice. Mimi in office is friendly. Trash area is often messy. Residents leave trash outside all around it ! I think more trash cans need placed in community. I wish the gym had more choices of equipment weights. The pool is nice but very small and starts 3 and half feet so not good for small children ! No baby pool.

Verified Renter Everything in the home is outdated. I am the original tenant of 22 years & everything in my unit is the original. I’ve maintained the unit better than management ever has. It’s a struggle to get new items, a paint job or carpet cleaning, yet the rent is outrageous! New monthly increase will be $240 with no incentives for signing another year’s lease. Mind you, I’ve been a faithful, responsible tenant for 22 years!
Verified Renter Staff is wonderful and welcoming and always communicating if anything is ever needed. I never have a issue if I have ever needed anything at all.
