Verified Renter Very clean community. The staff is helpful and maintenance is pretty fast with getting things fixed. Haven’t had many issues at all since being here

Verified Renter I just moved in but so far everyone has been so accommodating or up front in advance if any issues occurred. I did have a fire alarm beeping bc it was out of battery upon walk through and it was fixed before the walk through was over. Everyone introduce themselves and their role there in the community. I can’t wait to see my family enjoy this beautiful home.

Verified Renter Overall mostly happy because the neighborhood is safe and mostly quiet and noises are more like music and kids not fighting and intoxicated people and shootings !! Very nice community to live in. Homes are spacious. Would be better with better upkeep and upgrades. Maintenance is friendly and most tickets done in reasonable time. Mimi in the office is friendly. Verified Renter I love this neighborhood for my family. It’s quiet overall and safe. Parking, visitor spots were an issue recently but improved. Maintenance fixes issues quickly most of the time and they are nice. Mimi in office is friendly. Trash area is often messy. Residents leave trash outside all around it ! I think more trash cans need placed in community. I wish the gym had more choices of equipment weights. The pool is nice but very small and starts 3 and half feet so not good for small children ! No baby pool.

Verified Renter Everything in the home is outdated. I am the original tenant of 22 years & everything in my unit is the original. I’ve maintained the unit better than management ever has. It’s a struggle to get new items, a paint job or carpet cleaning, yet the rent is outrageous! New monthly increase will be $240 with no incentives for signing another year’s lease. Mind you, I’ve been a faithful, responsible tenant for 22 years!
Verified Renter Staff is wonderful and welcoming and always communicating if anything is ever needed. I never have a issue if I have ever needed anything at all.
