Verified Renter I am a resident of Riverside Manor Blvd. It’s an amazingly comfortable environment here. I am living here for two and a half a year and I don't want to move anywhere else.it's closer to schools, stores hospitals, and restaurants and you can commute to work and school on foot as well if don't have any transportation sources. No noise no bad neighbors and no crime here.

Verified Renter Nice area. I like this complex . Close to everything, and nice neighborhood. I didn’t see any bugs yet, i hope there is no bugs, the only thing is, blinds are older.

Verified Renter I love staying at riverside manor ,it so close to everything mall, grocery stores etc.. It's a peaceful area .I just wish it was a bigger play area for the children so they can stay out the roads.

Verified Renter Prices too high for the economy right now. Old appliances, cars and trailers parked in visitor spots for months. Had to buy multiple cameras due to kids stealing from my garage

Verified Renter I just moved in but so far everyone has been so accommodating or up front in advance if any issues occurred. I did have a fire alarm beeping bc it was out of battery upon walk through and it was fixed before the walk through was over. Everyone introduce themselves and their role there in the community. I can’t wait to see my family enjoy this beautiful home.

Verified Renter Overall mostly happy because the neighborhood is safe and mostly quiet and noises are more like music and kids not fighting and intoxicated people and shootings !! Very nice community to live in. Homes are spacious. Would be better with better upkeep and upgrades. Maintenance is friendly and most tickets done in reasonable time. Mimi in the office is friendly.
