Believe it or not, that's how I feel about Riverside Dental! The environment in the office is absolutely unique in my experience. In every position from the Dentist to the receptionist, the people at Riverside are welcoming, friendly, always willing to share a laugh or a story, and unfailingly focused on my welfare as a patient and as a person. I am apprehensive about seeing dentists. I went to Riverside and saw a dentist other than my usual (Dr. Hough). I have to admit that Dr. Kartje is every bit as amazing as Dr. Hough and I was only mildly uncomfortable- because of my anxiety NOT because of this dentist or the clinic. Everyone here is sweet as can be and I feel MUCH more relaxed and calm here compared to everywhere else I have gone. I have had a number of visits to Riverside Dental in the past year and have found Dr. Hough and her staff to be outstanding. In fact, they are the best team of dental staff I've ever seen. They are caring and thorough, and I won't ever be seeing anyone else. By the way, Tara, dental assistant, did a great job cleaning my teeth.

As much as I dislike getting dental work done, the crew at Riverside Dental make it not so terrifying! They are very nice and very cheery and that makes it a more comfortable experience!

I thought the staff was very friendly and helpful. They helped book future appointments at my convenience and also explained in detail the costs involved as I do not have dental insurance. Dr. Hough was informative as to what my options for care were and which were the priorities.

Seeing Dr. Hough is like visiting your most favorite, aunt, friend, sister.....she is gentle, warm, caring while still being professional, thorough and not missing a thing. Her staff likewise is very friendly, warm, caring and knowledgeable. This is why I left a well known and established dental practice which my family had attended for several years and gladly make the drive 3x farther just to see Dr. Hough.
