First, the staff is excellent. Dentists are competent and don't do unnecessary procedures. Quality of work and care is high. The work with you, and you never feel like asking for what you need to be comfortable is too much. Office culture in general is extremely friendly and pleasant. Everyone is always so kind and happy. They all genuinely seem to like each other and have a great rapport. I had my annual teeth cleaning today and all I can say is they are gentle and provide excellent care!!! I suffer from very sensitive teeth and gums... they took great care in understanding my concerns. My teeth came out super clean and NO pain!!!! Thank you Riverside Dental!!! You're all so AWSOME😁😁😁😁😁

Extremely satisfied with the level of service I received. Very impressed with the caring and knowledgable staff. I haven't had good or regular dental care since my former Dr. retired. The Dr. I saw exhibited great communication skills explaining my situation, various options, and referrals. She even took the time to call the specialist and get the ball rolling.

I am 79 yr old, cranky, and wear hearing aids that pick a cat fart from across the street. As I sub, I can't hear a kid right in front of me because of the kids in the back row talking. As Megan was cleaning my teeth, I couldn't hear her because of the clucking and laughing in the hen house in the next stall. Not their fault, hearing aid fault. Being cranky, I have to report it. Office staff, outstanding.
