My brother has been told MULTIPLE times that maintenance would come to his apartment to fix his place but they haven't. Tons of dust on the fan, leaks under the sink, and much much more that I would rather not say. They also told him his tv would he coming soon but still have not taken it to him. You try calling and telling them that there is an issue, and they either never answer or tell you they will resolve the problem but never get around to it.
Why do you keep deleting our reviews about your lack of customer service and the mold issue we are having in our son's apartment?
The fitness center and the business center need to be upgraded. The fitness center has old and rusty equipment. The business center printer and scanner do not usually work. The wifi can act strange at times and not work.
Rivers Edge is a beautiful property, located close to the school AND has a free shuttle for students to get to campus. The new management is very helpful and is very knowledgeable. I can not wait to see the new upgrades they have been talking about!
