Ive been meaning to write this review for awhile , I have been on the phone with many apartment leasing office consultants and never received the level of excellent customer service I received when talking with Breanna ! She answered all the questions I had and was very patient with me ! Thanks Breanna
Just wanted to give a shout to Breanna! She gave me and my husband such a great tour, her tours are super informative. She is also very respectful. Please keep her there, she is definitely a great look ❤️
The new renovations are awesome and I have always been helped tremendously by the staff whether it be on the phone with Jeremiah or taking a tour with Breanna. Both have showed awesome customer service in helping me choose where to live.

I definitely recommend living here. The apartments are spacious and the new clubhouse is awesome. The staff are extremely nice, they really make me feel at home when ever I go into the office. Very nice quiet community to live in. Breanna, one of their leasing consultants, is the best. She's always very helpful and keeps me up to date with events and deals Rivers Edge has going on.
I went on a tour with Breanna she gave me just amazing insight on Rivers Edge and I fell in love. She helped me a lot especially when it came to questions to ask. I had toured there before and I thought I knew enough insight about them but she gave me enough to make Rivers Edge one of my top choices. The property is just amazingly beautiful the extra add-ons they're doing is going be great for my college experience if I choose to live there.
It is very convenient to USC. However because of it's location it is pricey if you want an apartment without any roommates. Currently the gym and clubhouse are not open, so that can be pretty annoying since we haven't had access to the gym for a while now. They said it should be done by the end of this month (we shall see- will update this review when finished). We like the staff and maintenence, both have responded in a timely and helpful manner to any issues.
