Someone was shot and killed here in early September and there was no security around or functioning cameras to help aid the police in their investigations.
Do not rent from this apartment complex!! My son has lived there for 2 years and there have been multiple problems. This weekend was the last straw. There was a water leak into his apartment from the apartment above that caused water to soak his carpet, black mold to grow on the walls, and water in the receptacles causing the lights to flicker. The maintenance department has been less than helpful. I have requested the supervisor to contact me and I have yet to hear anything. Horrible place!!!
My daughter has been a resident here for 10 months. Her roommate moved out after graduating in Dec. Rivers Edge is now trying to move a stranger into the second bedroom of my daughter’s apartment in the middle of a pandemic. We have no idea if this girl has been tested for Covid 19 and they don’t care!! We have asked everyone from the leasing manager to the manager of the parent company to either put the young lady in another apartment or let my daughter break her lease early and move out. RecommendedDominique was the assistant who answered my phone calls and she was super knowledgeable about all of the different prices and floor plans. I will definitely be looking into staying here next year because she made me feel very welcomed.

My daughter and her friends moved in this weekend. The move in procedures were organized, the workers patient and friendly. We had 2 mixups with a mattress and that super-hero staff got it taken care of, showing up twice even with all the other work they had going on. Sweating in the summer heat but efficient, smiling and polite. I ran in to two of the staff the next day, Samantha and Dominique and they were just as polite and friendly. Living here was great. Breanna in the leasing office was always very helpful!!
I cannot say enough good things about this community. The property manager Samantha along with the leasing consultants Bree and Ariana were so helpful.in going through the tour, application process and providing useful information about the area. They were super friendly and made our experience simple and easy. My daughter was getting a little overwhelmed and when she met with manager one on one, she felt relieved.
