It was helpful in my needs to know Something wasn't broken
Unfortunately, we find ourselves frequent visitors to River Run Health - Ortho, but we are incredibly fortunate to be under the care of Andrew Roden, PA-C. Despite the busy nature of the practice, we have never experienced long wait times or felt rushed during our visits. This is an impressive balance for any practice. Most importantly, my son has always received exceptional, compassionate care. We truly appreciate Andrew's expertise and the kindness he shows at every visit.
If I could give negative 5 stars I would. Avoid this place at all costs. They don’t call their established patients back. They don’t have sick appointments for months at a time. If you need a refill don’t even try it will take weeks or months for them to respond to your pharmacy. There isn’t 1 person there with an IQ above 4. If it meant driving 10 hours to see a doctor or see Dr Tye Young I would drive 10 hours.
