Bill Brienza is THE MAN. I never, ever thought I'd own another VW, but I saw one I liked, went down to check it out, Bill gave me the keys for a test drive and that was that. There were a couple issues with my credit app, which he straightened out and got me in my '16 Jetta later that day. I ended up with a car with 5 miles on it for less money than I would have paid for a used car. A++
Worst costumer service i ever experienced in my life hopefully i will Never going back to this place. I went to get a part for my brother's wrx, we looked online part was available for pickup then we called the parts department, part was available so i drove to buy it, the guy at parts was an asshole. Only told me part are not available. WHAT? Didnt end up buying a vehicle but spoke with your sales consultants. No pressure and very nice people. Ended up getting a Mazda instead. If I were to buy a Subaru it would be at your dealer. Looking at the negative reviews on here are hilarious. I applaud your responses for standing by your staff on the ridiculous comments of some ppl, and I like that you are willing to help out ppl that may have had a bad experience in the past under prior ownership. Great way to run a dealer!
After visiting 2 dealerships in Suffolk County and being HUGELY DISAPPOINTED, we found ourselves at Riverhead Bay and WERE ELATED with the treatment we received. We were ready to purchase a 2016 Outback when we went to Competition AND Donaldsons, left disappointed with service.... Or lack of, and are very happy we found Riverhead and made our purchase!
I've yet to have a good experience with Riverhead Bay Motors Service Department and I've had my Volkswagen for over a year now. Every oil change has taken over an hour, and when I had a mechanical problem it took a lot longer than promised for them to get my car back to me. After that I had to come back because they didn't fix it properly and it broke again! Not sure why all the reviews are not 5 star( would give this dealership 10 stars if possible). My experience could not have been more professional. I was shown patience, honesty and professionalism by their salesman Joseph Passalacua.
