I went there on a Saturday to pick up some all weather floor mats for my new Outback. While there, I pointed out a minor issue to my salesman. They took care of it on the spot. Great dealership.
What can I say about riverhead bay motors sales people are very girl the girl jen at service counter great the rest is horrible. Went for oil change and ask not to test ride my 16 sti and the 20 year old had to do it anyway. I have a dent on the hood where they pushes to latch it and last service they said my filters needed changing but I held off and now this time they are marked good.? I had a great experience at Riverhead Bay VW service. My son bought a used car and it came with a lighting problem. A module for the headlights was replaced with an identical looking part, albeit the wrong part. It took a while to diagnose, but the tech at RHB VW found the problem and land ordered the correct part. Problem fixed!
