Wonderful apartments! They keep everything very clean, maintenance always comes within a day or so of putting in tickets, and Angie at the office is wonderful! Highly recommend for any students, families, or roommates to check these out!

Community I’ve had such a great experience living here! The staff is always friendly, responsive, and genuinely cares about the residents. The community is well-maintained, quiet, and feels like home. Maintenance requests are handled quickly.
Great place to live! Since I’ve been living at Brookside Apartment Homes, I’ve had various reasons to talk to the maintenance people and apartment complex staff. Everyone was very helpful and the maintenance immediately responded to my request. Anytime I have questions for the staff they are friendly and helpful. I recommend this complex.
Tour I enjoyed my visit at the community. The lady in the office was very nice and helpful answering all my questions. The tour was thoughtful and I didn’t feel pressured or uncomfortable.

Excellent Maintenance! I've been here for over 4 years now and one thing that has stayed constant is the quick maintenance. I have never waited more than 2 days to get my request resolved and that is impressive. i'm very satisfied with the service that i receive, shout out to Ricardo
