Feels like a hidden gem Florence is so busy, right by the airport, and there's a lot of hustle & bustle. It's really nice to feel tucked out of the way but still be so close to everything. I've never seen somewhere that every apartment has its own garage before usually they cost an arm and a leg extra

Amazing Great community. Landscaping is nice and the pool is great. The people who work there seem to care and work hard to make things happen. They did my work order in a couple hours and even texted me to ask how it went.

I love living at Springcreek! My time at Springcreek has been amazing. I love the staff here and have had 0 problems since my first day! The residents are just as awesome and are super friendly. It became a home for me so quickly, and I would highly recommend living here out of all options!

Management and staff I just made a year. I renewed for another year. I can't imagine living anywhere else. The management team with Liz and Roxanne are great. Very friendly and professional always. The maintenance team with Josh and Ricardo are remarkable. Such a great place to live.
