Quiet and Safe Been here since June 2023 and it has been great for the price. My only complaint is the amount of geese and ducks defecating all over the property, otherwise no complaints. If there is an issue within my unit the maintenance is on top of it! Also if something does not belong here it is towed away. Also the speedway police patrol and keep watch at the entrance of the property which is nice and a plus! I will resign my lease soon!

LIVE HERE Let me start with the staff, the manager is the best. I was here before and did not want to even tour after hearing my friends horror stories but now I do not worry about a thing. The communication is great and prompt. They actually get the apartments fully ready and looking new before someone new moves in and it is great all around, highly reccomend!

Beautiful property, terrible customer service The property is beautiful but while you are here, hope you don't have any questions or concerns with the front office. Everytime we had a question, from amenities to renewing our lease to late fees, they were rude and passive aggressive. I dreaded going in to the front office. The side gates are broken in this "gated community" . Our key fobs regularly don't work. Whenever this is brought up to the front office they say they'll work on it and then nothing gets done. Do Not Move Here DO NOT MOVE HERE!!!!! EXPENSIVE RENT BUT UNCLEAN UNTAKEN CARE AND UNKEPT ON THE INSIDE. Parking spots are horrible if you have kids good luck trying to get them in and out of the car or groceries or yourself THE PARKING SPOTS ARE ON TOP OF EACH OTHER! Maintenance will argue with you just so they won’t have to fix anything. Appliances all over don’t work the way they should and you can’t use more than 1 thing at a time or electricity goes out!
