Would - Extremely... (Verified Renter) Would - Extremely clean, quiet, nice community, and handsome apartmentswould not - make sure you figure your finances prior to agreeing to a lease, you are getting what you pay for so it is a little more expensive.
I would recommend... (Verified Renter) I would recommend but I'd let someone know you can here every neighbor in all surrounding apartments. Walls are so thin I here people walking and talking everyday I here people in bathroom next door.
The price we... (Verified Renter) The price we pay needs to be more reflective with what we receive. Currently it does not reflect, especially on a Frankfort economy. And the Frankfort Plant Board is the only internet option? Help!!!
I would recommend... (Verified Renter) I would recommend for location, ammenities, and lifestyle but I would also warn against the very high rent prices for a Frankfort apartment.
Nick in the... (Verified Renter) Nick in the office has been wonderful and helpful. Maintenance is done quickly. The grounds are maintained well and the community is safe.
I loved living... (Verified Renter) I loved living there, although it was pricey, I knew I was able to use the pool, workout room, and had good service from the staff if I needed it.
The community seems... (Verified Renter) The community seems very clean and quiet . The staff was helpful, my issues were resolved in a timely fashion, there were some process I thought were a little unnecessary but they were still resolved fairly quick.
Would because you... (Verified Renter) Would because you get a lot of space, but wouldn't because the rent price is high for having to pay for electric, water and other amenities
