I think the... (Verified Renter) I think the prices for rent were way to high for one bedroom apartments..the community was nice but the apartments are still relatively small and I thought all the price increases over years was crazy.
We are very... (Verified Renter) We are very happy here. The neighbors are friendly and I feel much more like I have a home and not just an apartment. Noise levels are tolerable and most people work regular hours so there's not a lot of partying or crazy stuff.
