My husband and I recently chose to stay there because we enjoyed it a few years ago. However, this time our accommodations were subpar. Upon coming home, I e-mailed your customer service listing numerous issues (which I am not going to re-list here.) No acknowledgment or response was received, so I e-mailed again. I'm still waiting. RecommendedDefinitely a central spot to be with a perfect view of Boldt Castle. Aging facilities but still clean and friendly.

Me and my family stay here every year and love everything about this hotel! Always a great stay.
TripAdvisor has shown this resort as all inclusive but when we arrived, nothing was included inside of the room and two pools. No meals, no beverages. When I questioned the manager, he suggested that if we were unhappy that we could leave. Four people were reserved for the room, only three towels, two coffee cups, two water glasses.
Amazing hotel with beautiful views and wonderful wait staff! Would totally recommend this place to everyone!
This was probably one of the worst resort hotels I have ever stayed at for the price we paid. The room felt dirty and old/dated. if someone ordered room service, it would be left for days outside the rooms in the hallway. When we arrived, our door jam was completely lose and the screws were hanging out. We informed the front desk but they said they could not do anything about it since the maintenance people were not in until the next day. Probably the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in. The only reason I’m giving it 3 stars is because of the outdoor pool and the two sweet girls working at the Tiki Bar. Hotel is extremely outdated. Beds, mattresses, furniture (many pieces were broken), the shower head was awful. Turned it on and it flooded the bathroom floor. Food was also overpriced, for mozzarella sticks by the pool and it was $8 for THREE of them. They were delicious, but way too expensive. Would not stay here again.
Had one of the best times we ever had on vacation. Room was great with a beautiful view of Boldt castle..Dj sugar bear was amazing rocking by the pool and tiki bar. Met so very many friendly people. Can't wait till next time.
