Excellent staff which you can tell are all on the same page! I've always felt at home there and they treat you like you are important and like you are family. I truly enjoy playing there with our band (The Philabusters)!!! Thanks for everything you do!
had a great time here for the castle queens weekend. loved the room, food and facilities.
We attended last night's New year's party. Our room 343 was clean and comfortable.the party itself was very nice it had open seating and we had a table for six and we met some great tablemates. The band Fred and the eds was really great. Today's brunch was super great. Our only problem was we had a 10:30 brunch sitting we got there a little early enjoyed the brunch then headed back to the room we got there at 11:02 to pick up our packed luggage and our room key had been deactivated. This is easily the finest hotel in the Thousand Islands. Almost every room has a balcony overlooking the water, many with a view of Boldt Castle.
Everyone was great and it just was so relaxing and we are going back next year
