Restaurant was exceptional! Wine list one of the best I have seen! Hayden (our waiter) made the evening. Hade to move inside when the mosquitos got hungry though. Veal chop was a 10 out of 10
Music is playing loud it is almost 11pm and they don't care. I believe our room is right above the bar It sucks. Everything is so outdated . Best part is the balcony from our room. Food is overpriced
Just checked out and was never so disappointed in a "resort" for the amount of $$ spent on a room. And all 3 people I spoke with at the resort agreed that they could understand why I wAs not pleased, but guess what they did? Nothing!!!
Very disappointed with the room very dirty bathtub had hair in it,air condioner s are so loud,lamp shade hanging and broken .. Complained they upgraded us at no charge they were nice, however there was so much dirt on the ceiling fan in the new room I won't even turn it on,the place is extremely dirty for the price at 200.00 dollars a night it's unreal.
I stopped in to meet a friend last night. The bartender was very rude. Even said "if I don't like the service, I can go somewhere else"...she slammed my drink on the bar spilling it and made a mess. I had to ask for napkins to clean up her spill...her reply was "wow"....i never have had such bad service. I will never go back again to this venue for anything. I will be sure to tell my friends about my horrible experience.
Had a great time at the tiki bar on Saturday with dj Sugarbear...great variety of music, sunshine and some adult beverages!! With a great view! The waitresses were always accessible. Bartenders right on top of getting the customers their drinks. Thank you.
Stayed at dock... Great food and drinks. Bartenders were great.
