Pictures on their website are a little deceiving, our bed was not a queen bed, it was a double and there was no headboard. Unfortunately the mattress was lopsided. The faucet in the bathroom was broke and so was the light on the balcony. As far as the staff there was never anyone at front desk and when you rang the bell they seemed annoyed. We loved the view and the area just would look for different accommodations next time.
