The pandemic we are all experiencing has produced challenges for all of us. Tenants and property managers. We were pleased with the rental adjustment that Rivercrest made for our store in the Tymberlyne Shopping Center.
I would like to thank Mike Hallaron and Mike Durham for ensuring that I was adequately compensated for the pothole damage to my vehicle. I incurred the damage at the Hancock Village Shopping Center managed by Rivercrest Realty Investors in Midlothian, VA. They also made sure the pothole was repaired.
