I had a fall from 12ft from scaffolding and I had a TBI brain injury. I called when they opened to get my prescription refilled and was not talked to from Dr. A till 5pm and he was rude saying that I called to office much and the DEA was not going to allow him to rerite my previous prescriptions which I know is a total lie. Because I found out DEA keeps count after 30 days. I got prescription for 3 days. He was completely lying. I was not treated right. I have a brain injury, and he went off on me. Fantastic Dr. and practice. Genuinely listens and is extremely helpful.
The most unprofessional office on all levels. From the front desk to Dr. Avitabile.. this office never deserved 5 stars.
Love them. They are very patient, passionate and they listen to your medical concerns without rushing you.
