I'm a BIG Baby @ 85 yrs! Been with Dr. Snyder over 30 yrs. My bi annual apptment was 4/21/26. Nickolas ushered me into a treat- ment room & was patient, personable & made me quite comfort- able! Very disappointing experience. I received constant appointment reminders for over a week, yet the location was hard to find—clear parking instructions (lot “C”) would help. I arrived early but still waited about 45 minutes, and was asked to fill out forms I had already completed online multiple times. The visit itself felt rushed—the doctor spent only a couple of minutes and didn’t really allow time for questions. Was able to get an appt on short notice thanks to helpful staff. Dr. Snyder promptly diagnosed and treated a pre-cancerous condition with efficiency and care.
