They made last minute changes on my appointment I had 6 months ago with lack of respect.
If I could give 0 I would. 1.Be prepared to wait hours after your apt time 2. I saw Dr Pargas (I just moved to FL). I was concerned about a mole. He assured me it was fine and just keep an eye on it. I made a 2nd apt begging him to remove it. He again assured me it was fine and to see a plastic surgeon if I wanted it off. I went to a plastic surgeon . It came back as MELANOMA. I have always had a great experience whenever I've been here that P.A. Kimberly Cray and her assistant Gaby would see me. They were very sweet, professional and empathetic. Unfortunately, my experience completely change after being there last Friday. Ferial Samhouri is nothing like them. She was someone hard to connect with, rude and uncompassionate to say the least. Twice! I had to wait over 45 minutes twice already, is it every time I come and it just seems they have horrible organization. Also, I usually book with Dr. Quang Le and always get an assistant. Don't waste your time here.
I love what Maria Elena Ferrer is doing for my skin with Picoway laser treatments her level of care and professionalism go beyond anyone standards. The results after the first one were great, her concern and care for my progress is something a truly appreciate. I just had my second one and I cannot wait to see the results!
