Alebardo Rivera is a thief, after living in his property for over 10 years; 10 years in which the stove broke and he did not fix it, the washing and dryer machines broke and had to buy my own, when I moved in I had to paint the apartment myself. Now that I’m moving out he is taking over $700 of my deposit to paint the apartment and all he did was buy one gallon of paint for the new tenants, he didn’t even bother paying someone to do it. Where exactly did my $700 dollars go? Absolutely scumbag of a human being.

If only I can give 0 stars I would..... Have lived/renting in Soleil Condominium for more than 11+ years with my mom. I move in on my own a year ago and not only is the apartment not fully painted CORRECTLY or clean.Everything is OLD (Fridge, Toilet, Closets are yellow, Sinks, Dishwasher broken, Stove, Oven glass cracked, washer/dryer extremely OLD that it was yellow, ETC.
