It’s a good place to live an awesome environment. Until you have some people don’t have common courtesy not to let there dogs dog poop � in my back yard. That’s very disrespectful. An we have a whole dog � park for them to bring there dogs. An some don’t even stay in this location. Some come from across the street. An near by look stop � letting your dog or dogs crap � in my yard of my apartment. Please it’s very nasty an it stinks � thank you �
UPDATE: The new property manager (Cecily) called me about my review a few days later and remedied my complaint about my move-out day. I'm really happy that this was resolved and I'm impressed by their customer service. Thank you!
Seriously, do not live here. This place is a shit show and is way overpriced for all of the issues you'll encounter. It's insane to think we pay $1800/month and have fire alarms going off all of the time, access doors that don't work, and countless other problems. I'm amazed at how terrible this place is.
LOCATION LOCATION LOCATION! Beautiful apartments and location is GREAT!!!!!!! Perfect for FIESTA and all the downtown parties we love in San Antonio. Jake is the marketing guy,he is super happy and wants that for his tenants! Their motto is #LiveHappy!
