Ok, so now this apt complex is owned by Roscoe property management. It's an awful place to live. Bikes, motorcycles and scooters are regularly stolen out of the "gated" garage as well as cars being broken into and vandalized. Roscoe offers absolutely no support. They won't even return phone calls for small things, let alone the big problems. The office people get absolutely nothing accomplished and have little to say besides avoiding the issues. RecommendedI love my apartment. Location Location Location is a must. Rivera on Broadway Apartments are in the best location near Downtown. Thanks for everyone in our Leasing Office who helps me anytime I need them. Mario, Christian, and Reno are so awesome and are here whenever I ask them something or need assistance. I've really enjoyed the almost 4 years of living at Rivera. Thanks for all you do!
I’m not exactly sure what these negative reviews are for... Although previous management was pretty horrible new management is trying their best to fix all past issues and you can really tell. Overall, I really like these apartments. The interior are super nice and modern and the location is primo 🏼🏼 I’m excited to be renewing my lease here.
I never imagined that an apartment could feel so much like home. As a new resident, I'm overly impressed with the kind staff, fantastic amenities, kind and welcoming neighbors, and the fantastic location. Thank you for truly making this feel like home. P.S. I’m living for these new floors, they are beautiful!
Location to downtown is great, the management company is the worst I’ve ever experienced. There currently is no option to pay your rent without a fee, response time to service request are extremely slow. Key fob frequently stops working, I will not renew and do not recommend this property while under this management company.

This has been the absolute worst apartment complex I’ve ever lived in. My car was broken into and my things stolen, my apartment is filled with cockroaches, my sink burst and it destroyed many of my items. I moved here from Galveston and when I arrived with the moving truck, they told me the apartment they promised me will not be ready and I have to move into a completely different one with different color cabinetry.
