RecommendedI’ve never encountered a more welcoming staff. I toured Rivera this past weekend, and was greeted with a smile by Olajuwon (I believe he’s the manager). Rene ended up taking me to view the apartments and property. Everything looked stunning! Rene was patient, funny and gave more than just a tour. I am excited to make Rivera my new home! Kudos, to Rene and Olajuwon you both made my experience great.

Olajuwon and Rene are fantastic! As a frequent guest, they always make me feel welcome and consistently greet me with a smile. They are part of a phenomenal staff and I always look forward to seeing them!
l have only lived here for 3 weeks and have met amazing neighbors who are becoming friends the staff is friendly and helpful the amenities are well taken care of and the gym is in working condition and clean My son and I feel safe in our new home
Worst administration office i have ever meet. it is very loud place, people are playing very loud music and office is doing nothing. they ignore all my calls and emails abiut it. they started vacation lease and there is a lot random people and mess after them! They are focusing on food trucks more than on their job! Payment system double charged me fees!
This is a great community of people and very pet friendly just about everybody has a pet of some sort everyone seems pretty nice every once in a while you get a snotty person but I don't let them bother me my daughters live here and I love to go visit them has a great pool great workout center in a great community area very nice very pretty very clean
