Outraged to learn that Rivera allows FOURTEEN units to be used as short-term rentals by Stay Alfred (like Airbnb). Every weekend Rivera provides dozens of transients access to the property, creating a safety risk for all residents. Not only that, but these transients trash the place — common area walls and carpets are stained and gross from these people, not to mention the pot-smoking and the trash they leave at the pool. While exploring for apartments around the downtown San Antonio area, my husband and I came across a beautiful property and we just had to stop by the office. Once we entered the office we were quickly and enthusiastically greeted by a young women named Kaylie. Every question we asked her, she throughly answered them. rude customer service, "tired" of dealing with tenants as they would say. honestly would not recommend to live here.
Such a beautiful community in the downtown San Antonio area, great prices for the location, great and beautiful amenities, the office staff is always attentive and hosts great events for residents!
This is one of the worst apts I’ve ever lived in. Customer service is horrible the staff is not friendly. Not only that is one of the dirtiest places I ever lived. Management doesn’t take care of the amenities. I would not recommend living here at all. I wish I could rate this place lower than a 1! Can’t wait to move out
