Put in a credit app to purchase a vehicle and before the app was approved they sold the vehicle out from under me.

Colby, being a multi-location dealer we get lots of credit apps every day, submitting a credit app does not mean the unit is reserved. We do not hold units unless money is physically put down. Another customer was interested in the unit and put money down just before you submitted the app therefor the until was still on the website because nothing was finalized. We take trades all the time and like Ron stated when he talked with you this morning we will be sure to call you when something similar comes in!!

Walked past at least 7 employees and wasn't greeted once. Only person who talked to us was on our way out to say have a good day....little late for that.
