I enjoyed the phone conversations but once I arrived it changed. The salesperson didn't know anything about boats, promos or anything about River except he knew the owner. Pricing was not elaborated on during the phone conversation so the nice dealer mark up was not presented to me until I was there and ready to buy. They wouldn't negotiate and after driving 3 hours I was tired and tired of arguing with them. Took my new pontoon home Friday and love everything about it! Jonesy went above and beyond every call. We went through so many options and he made it so easy to make a decision site unseen. Jonesy had a solution for everything and worked numerous deals before finding the right one for us.
3 trips at 80 miles each, they gave me wrong parts, and damaged parts. After 3 trips left without any parts. Go to m&m and save the trouble of dealing with River Valley.

Our records indicate you came in the first time to get some parts that are typically not stocked, so Dan, our parts managers sat down with you and went over all the parts you needed and we ordered them for you. The second time you came in was to pick up the parts and then you came in a third time was to return some of the parts. We had an excellent experience dealing with Bruce, Scott and Dan and the whole crew. I’ve bought several units from River Valley over the past several years and never had any disappointments. They are A++ in my book.
