I was really impressed with them service River Valley Power and Sports provided in repairing an older scooter that I thought was a lost cause. The service was well done, timely, and less costly than I expected. Also, I appreciate the advice they provided to keep the scooter running well. The service staff have expertise and, it seems, an enthusiasm for what they do.
Staff was interesting and took care of our purchase and did their best with our purchase.

This place is a joke!! Crooked people....I spent $20,000 on a new RZR 1000 and with only 13 miles on it it's already been to shop and needs to go back again but these crooks at River valley don't wanna help out with anything!!! Worst service ever
Bought a brand new RZR 1000 4 months ago. Also sent a friend up to buy the same RZR. So spent $40,000 total at this place. Put 9 miles on mine had to pay Rushford M & M lawn and leisure $50 to pick it up and drop it off for a fuel problem because River Valley wouldn't go out of their way to take care of it. Just got it out two days ago had 13 miles on it and again a fuel problem!! Called talked to Garrett (joke he is) not his problem now.
