Sales are not in the best interest of the buyer and just want to push their product as fast as possible. With money down on a boat but advising I would likely be down the following week to get my refund, the took another deposit on it and I was no longer "first pick" of the boat even though my money was still there and I was first to put a down payment. Garret at River Valley was great to work with. Even with a minor hiccup on the first boat we were going to buy. We decided on a different (upgraded) boat that we LOVE. He was so thorough with explaining everything about the boat to us during a boat demo on the water. we walked Away feeling confident that we had all of our questions answered. Tommy in finance was great too and answered many questions that I had. Great job River Valley Power and Sport!! (Garret deserves a raise :))
I have been going to River Valley for 10 plus years and have experienced nothing but the best. I just recently had some worenty work done on my 2014 indy. It was quick fast and easy. I was back on the trail in no time. I would give the costumer service five stars in itself.

Have always bought my snowmobile parts and gear from here. This year I purchased a snowmobile. Had problems within 24 of purchase! I gave them a call... they say bring it in. Awsome, they are going to make it right... NOT! They have certified mechanics they claim yet I'm being told by different people there is different things wrong with it. Did I forget to mention TERRIBLE comunication After a week and still no solid answer as to what is wrong, and they will not make it right I picked up my sled. My loss your gain this time... read more
We have bought a couple things but the latest is a 2015 boat from them. We brought it in for an oil change. Came back and they tried telling us it was 395 dollars! We asked how and they said because they winterized it for us. We never once told them to do that because when we bought it our salesperson told us that these boats do not need to be winterized. We told rivervalley this and they argued with us and were very rude towards us. They then finally said they would give us 50 dollars back because that is what the winterizi... read more
Do not buy a boat from these people! I purchased a used Yamaha from them and was told it was in perfect working condition. After putting about 3 hours of use on it one of the engines failed and is a total loss. They will make no effort of any kind to help with the repair and basically said it is not their problem! They are a joke, stay away!
