RecommendedI highly recommend living here at River Oaks. They’re very helpful with anything I ask for! They respond quickly if anything needs to be done. I feel safe living here and very comfortable with taking walks with my son or going to the pool, or playing some basketball. My first year here is coming to an end, but I’m excited for my next year here!
Poor management mess up in our information forms, gave me the wrong set of keys to my mail box and apartment. 2 months in advance before moving in request for a two car spots ..only gave me 1(waiting list for car spots won’t tell you until you move in) apartment townhouse are very dated no light fixtures in the master bedroom and living room , old electrical and flooring boards in the upstairs bathroom make so much noise. My heater went out and I was very pleased with the way management handled my crisis. The weather was cold and they brought me a space heater to tide me over until they could get the part to fix my heater. I have been nice and warm through it all. I would like to thank Henry for taking care of the problem. This a great place to live. Dana Weikel

Living here isn’t bad but I do feel that as tenants move out they should replace/fix anything that doesn’t look good. For example, No one wants to move into and apartment with blinds that are mixed with cream color and Bright white white, or door frames that were scratched up by animals and then just painted over ect. Especially with the cost of the apartments. other than that, I feel comfortable here and love the staff. Huge shout out To Meagan and the maintenance worker Jerry!
