Definitely not worth $1500 a month for the 3 bedroom townhouse. There was males sticking out of the floors, we had roach and ant problems multiple times. They didn’t provide a place to stay for us when I was pregnant with a toddler and the pest control said we needed to be out of the house for 24 hours. Our neighbors were constantly pounding at 2 am and listening to their music so loud my toddler refused to sleep. The leasing office refused to do anything about it. RecommendedI live in one of the updated/renovated townhousesso everything is completely brand new but even in older units are well kept. Its very safe gated community and the staff addresses any concerns usually less than 24 hours of notifying them. I’m always happy to show off my beautiful living space! 👍🏽

Both times I have lived at river oaks we’re exceptional! If I had a problem with anything with the apartment or a question of any kind they were readily available and always very helpful! Not only the that, but the apartments are up to date extremely cozy. I was always obsessed with my fireplace! Perfect for my family 🖤 look no further this is the place for you!
A very clean and friendly environment, couldn’t be happier!
My daughter and grandsons live here and I love taking walks around the community with the boys. We always feel safe and comfortable and the staff on-site is very friendly and professional. A big plus is that River Oaks is in Pioneer School District and the bus stop is outside the back gate.
LOVE the staff and maintenance crew! Very clean, quiet and well managed gated complex. I've always felt cared for while living here and you can really tell the staff love their job! Never had a problem with appliances or amenities but if I did have a question, they are quick to help! I highly recommend River Oaks to anyone looking for an apartment in the Hanford/Lemoore area!

The staff here at River Oaks are amazing! The ladies in the office are the sweetest and the maintenance crew are very friendly and efficient! It’s a very friendly apartment complex :) perfect for families and individuals!! No complaints here ❤️
