I visited River Mews today. Cat showed me around. Very pleasant staff for sure. 24 hr gym exactly what I need. Laundry facility clean. Since I don't actually live there can't comment and give a 5.
Went on a tour Saturday morning to look at 3 bedroom apartments. I didn't have an appointment and just showed up. My roommate had told me about the place and they took care of me right away. They showed me the apartment and it was absolutely beautiful.
Went on a tour Thursday morning to look at 3 bedroom apartments. I didnt have an appointment and called about 10 minutes before showing up. They were great at answering all my questions and showing me the apartment as quick as possible (had 30 minutes before i had to be at work). I instantly fell in love with the apartment the second I stepped foot in the apartment.
I love it was amazing and my tour guide cat was amazing and helpful
Their office staff are so not know how to manage their property. They cannot keep up with maintaince. I've had to put in multiple request to fix the same proble s in my unit. They only have one trash compactor and many times trash is out to the street but of I left trash by my door River News would charge me $25 a bag to take to the co compactor. Tour also suppose to pay you're rent and watee through the resident portal but the leasing office makes it so you cant pay through the portal. All you can do is sign in and out
I absolutely love the Apartments!! All of the Staff were Great!!
I really enjoyed the tour today I was shown 2 different models and I was in love with both.. I think I’m ready to do the application
