This place is awful management can't get anything right. You are unable to have any luxury items and they allow other people's animals to poop in your yard. Maintenance won't return a call or fix a problem in a timely manner. We waited 21 days to get our units air and heat working again. One day it was 55 the next 85. I have a child and all I got from management was oh well sorry nothing we can do about it. This place is awful! Look else where they sucker you in with nice front staff and clean looking town houses. It's nice and a cool place to live my kids love it.
I have been at River a Mews for 16 years and I could not be more pleased. They are very speedy when there is a situation that need to be taken care. There grounds landscaping is excellent. The staff office staff is always polite and maintenance personal as well. Looking for a place check them out.
