2 consecutive bad experiences. I would suggest another dentist if you have the choice.
It's always a pleasant experience coming here! I'm the biggest chicken when it comes to going to the doctor or dentist but the staff and Dr Tran have eased my anxiety every visit! I had an appointment yesterday (yup Saturday, so convenient!) to get my permanent crown. Dr was not happy on how it came out and how it fit and that she wanted to send it back to have it redone. Yes I had to get another temp and yes I have to go back in 2 weeks, but I don't mind! She wanted it to be perfect and I appreciated that! Highly recommende... read more
I switched over to this office after difficulties at my last dentist... Riverlakes Dental has amazing staff all around!! The dentists take the time to explain everything they're doing and the front desk ladies are the sweetest! Just had my wisdom teeth out and while that is never fun, everyone over on the surgery side are absolutely amazing and made it such an easy experience!!
Had oral surgery yesterday, with Dr Henderson, he even got me to laugh with Nitrous. Lol . First visit with Dr Tran was very friendly and explanatory.. Everyone is nice....
First time there, everything went great! Staff and Dr Tran all very friendly and professional.
Being new to the area, had to select a new dental provider per my insurance; so glad that River Lakes was recommended by a friend. I'm very happy with their services and very relieved to have found a great dental group and a great dentist, Dr. Ray. I have zero complaints and only good things to say about them.
They are pretty awesome. The dr.s and the front office!!
