scheduling was all wrong.. They said my Cleaning was free.. I got there, they said 36 dollars will be collected afterwards.. Then the Dentist at that was going to do the cleaning looks at all my records & says I was NOT DUE TILL SUMMER.. WHAT THE HELL! !!@v@!!
Had an appointment for my husband to have his wisdom teeth removed. His first appt was Tuesday because they were booked up Monday. He has been in pain for a couple days now. They couldn’t see him until today at 12:15. It’s been 2.5 going on 3 hours and they haven’t even started a thing for him. We’ve been waiting around. I picked this office and when I needed to get my daughter in I called. They do not even have a telephone number that works! I also sent an email message that I needed in asap, no response! What kind of office is this? Never made it in to find out because you can't get thru to anyone! Can't even leave a message!
when a estimate for a service is given the price should be close to estimate. I ended up being charged $ 800.00 more than estimated price with no warning or notice. 1 implant was estimated $3500, ended up just under $4500 Filed a complaint with BBB and dental group never responded to the complaint! is this the dentist you want to trust?
RecommendedI’ve seen Dr Safarkoolan 2x and I would highly recommend him to everyone. Awesome Dentist with a great personality and very positive bedside manner! Everyone in the office is friendly and very helpful but I couldn’t say enough good stuff about the Dr. I’m a very nervous dental patient even when it comes to just an exam and teeth cleaning and both times I’ve met Dr. Safarkoolan I felt like I was meeting an old friend who’s been my dentist forever. Great Dentist and if I could give him 100stars I would! 😃

I took my Mother for dental surgery yesterday, and couldn't be happier with the services received. Mom was treated well, as well as myself. I have been to Riverlakes Dental Group and Orthodontics for myself on many occasions and have always been treated wonderfully, from the staff to the Doctors. Shout out to Sarah, she made us feel less anxious and answered all my silly questions.
One of the worst experience. The miscommunication between doctors patient and staff is ridiculous. Customers are always wrong is their motto. Will never go back and never recommend anyone. No one should be treated the way we have.
I had oral surgery to remove a wisdom tooth and it went well.
