My experience at the Hixson location was horrific. Despite making the apptment for obstetrics, the staff was unaware I was there for obstetrics. The ultrasound tech was pushy, I was treated as though I was dramatic for being uncomfortable with the type of ultrasound, and there was no discussion of my options without me asking. Terrible experience. I went and had blood work done 3 weeks ago bc I have not felt right. They called me a week later with results, but I was unavailable at the time. So I tried calling back and was instructed to leave a voicemail. I got no phone call back. I called several times and EVERY SINGLE TIME I get sent to a voicemail box. I have rights to my medical records and lab results. I wish there was a way for me to leave a review without a star.
From front office staff to Dr Johnson himself they are all amazing and kind !
I wouldn’t give it any start if I could. My sister was going to the Hixson location. Let’s say they are the absolute worst!! My sister was having so many problems with her pregnancy and she told them every single time. They did some blood test and always told her she was normal and ultrasounds. But she was hurting so bad and extremely sick. It was to the point she couldn’t stay awake or walk. They brushed it off and told her she was just pregnant. I have all the good things to say about the office staff and medical assistants at Hixson, and especially Sonya Dillard. She is wonderful! She was my doctor for years and got her midwife certification and was able to be with me through my first pregnancy. I was so grateful to have someone who knew me well. She was amazing, but she did leave the practice. When I had my son in march, I had to have an unplanned c section and Dr. Johnson delivered him. He was phenomenal.
