Don't go here. Get a different OBGYN. The office is misorganized, and you can't reach them easily on the phone. They were calling my wife's prescription into the wrong pharmacy (that she needed desperately) and we couldn't get it for a week. They couldn't even figure out what was wrong. And for the longest time on the paperwork they had her being 4 years old 😂. Look, I understand the place just merged with another practice. If I could give this place no stars I would. The staff here is a joke. I do not recommend this place AT ALL.
I used to truly value this practice and recommended it to many people over the years. Unfortunately, my recent experiences have been deeply disappointing, and today's visit confirmed that I will no longer be returning. I had a scheduled surgery follow-up appointment, confirmed via both email and text message. Upon arrival, I signed in and waited in the lobby for two hours—only to be told, when I asked, that I was not even on the schedule.
