THIS COMPANY IS GREAT. CALLED THEM AND GOT A QUOTE AND WHEN ALL WAS DONE THEY CHARGED EXACTLY WHAT THEY SAID THEY WOULD. THEY WERE ON TIME AND VERY PROFESSIONAL. I WOULD RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYONE.
I am pleased to say that after having posted reviews online that I got immediate and courteous resolution to my previous mistunderstanding with River City. Although I wish it hadn't taken me writing reviews to get heard, once I was heard, everyone that I dealt with was respectful and plesant. My next service went smoothly and I am happy to continue being a client of this company.
I would certainly recommend River City Environmental. After using their service for several years at an apartment complex I owned, they were the best in scheduling 3 separate clean out appointments. Their fees were more friendly when scheduled this way too. The office staff is excellent and highly professional!
River City has been providing our business with parking lot and stormwater management services since 1999. They have always done exactly what they said they would do, when they said they would do it and the whole team has been a pleasure to work with. Thank you River City!
Living in our home that is on septic and never dealing with this we called River City. Very nice and professional on the phone. Asked me a few questions and said someone would be out in 2 days. Got a call the next day that they had an opening. Driver came out promptly looked over the openings opened the lids and started pumping. Great customer service and a job well done! Thank you guys you will be our go to for any future needs!!!
They maintain our parking lot twice a month and their driver always goes beyond the call of duty. Thanks!
River City recently helped us hydro excavate some post holes for my daughter's tree fort. They showed up when they said they would, took less time than expected, and charged exactly what they quoted. They saved us a ton of back breaking work and I would happily recommend their services to anyone.
