River city quoted us at $700 for a septic line to be repaired and then we got a bill for over $1300... and said they had 9 hours of labor, when in fact our security cameras prove they were there for less than 3 hours total, 10 out of 10 would not recommend them, I can’t believe they quoted us for half of the final bill and they showed up over two hours after the scheduled time

We highly recommend River City Environmental. Chad was awesome! He gratuitously came out to reassess recommended septic work that another company deemed necessary. River City would have charged roughly half what we had already paid to pump our tank AND not attempted to upcharge us on 'recommended' work. So wish we'd chose River City when selling our home!!

Wow, I should have read the reviews. The average homeowner does not know why their catch basin is draining slowly, assumes it needs cleaning and depends on your knowledge and experience to ask the right questions. I had a terrible experience. You don't show up when scheduled and perform a service that doesn't address the problem. The catch basin still needs attention. I love this place I have informed every person possible and the people that I informed about how you guys mentioned on your commercial that you guys extract water and replace water in bird baths... thanks to the person that helped inform me on this megan was a great help.....
I manage a carwash and every quarter we have River City come out and give the pits a good cleaning. It's amazing the difference it makes. We are a regular customer thanks to their excellent, professional work.
