When our septic sytem overflowed and backed up into the yard, we needed immediate help.. River City was great and helped us out of a huge mess. We called and set up a time and a price and they came out quickly and got us back in business. Such a big mess that we try to avoid, but RC took care of everyting, at a fair price.

We needed a thorough cleaning of our offices on a constuction site, as well as the parking lot and grounds. River City was referred to us by one of the construction workers when our usual company was unavailable. They were really nice when we called, quoted us a great price and stuck to that. We now use them regularly and are very pleased.

My boss decided I should learn new areas of property management. He put me in charge of contacting companies to maintain the lots at the various office parks we own and manage. I made several calls. The first company quoted us a regular price, came out, did one lot and charged us almost double. They were paid, but I canceled further work with them. Then I called River City. They charged me what they quoted and the work was done sooner than anticipated. They handle all of our parking lots now.

Our parking lots were just a mess. We asked several companies for a quote and River City had a really great quote and plan for us. We went with them and have not looked back. We like how they stuck to their word and the cost. We will continuing doing business with them.

We can't say enough about River City Environmental. Last year the work done by another company didn't solve our problems and the cost was much more than they initially quoted us, but the people we worked with at River City were honest and we ended up being charged what they said we would -- no add-ons, "extras", or hidden fees. Highly recommended.

We always try to support local businesses, when possible. So when when my friend’s pipes burst, we called River City Environmental. From the first phone call, they treated my friend lke she was their only customer. They were very understanding of her situation and wasted no time getting to her house and getting the job done. When we bought our older home last year in Portland I was so excited to have a home with so much character. When we decided to remodel, who would have known that our three seasons porch was a non permitted addition built on top of the septic tank!!!???The River City Environmental team was there with us through the entire process. I would recommend River City Environmental to anyone needing stormwater services, septic, or plumbing services. They are very knowledgeable and professional. Their services are affordable and they only charged us what they said they would.
