My provider, Elizabeth Gates, is knowledgeable with mental health conditions, such as ADHD and depression and anxiety. She is also compassionate and easy to communicate with. I highly recommend her as a provider at River City Counseling.
Have had nothing but issues with this place. For my first appointment they sent me a sign up request to fill out documents. The link didn’t work so I attempted to call the office. Was not able to get a hold of anyone. Called multiple times over a few days. So I just showed up 30 mins early to my appointment to get it all sorted. No office person was there to help me. Terrible, terrible, terrible. They don’t want to answer their phones when you call, even when 2 females are at the front desk. Their therapist in Tiftonia are the worst. I’ve been seeing their therapist for approximately 5-6 months somewhere around that time frame, and it was not helped or benefited me at all. You have better luck talking with a brick wall, than you do any one of them there.
